Refund Policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means within 7 days of receiving your item you can REQUEST a return. This will incur a 20% HANDLING SURCHARGE.

SPECIAL ORDER PARTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR A REFUND

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at: admin@spencerssprings.com

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable

Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or special orders. We also do not accept return of hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Refunds

You are not automatically entitled to a refund. If you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or wrong size or the item doesn’t fit, it will not be refunded.

If you have any doubts about the suitability of an item “Don’t buy it”.

Choose Carefully

  • Freight charges are not refundable.
  • Items that are returned for refund must:
    1. Be accompanied with a copy of the tax invoice;
    2. Be in original packaging; and
    3. Be sent back at sender’s expense via registered post or courier;
    4. Item(s) must not have been opened, fitted or tampered with;
    5. Item must not have packing tape or any other material over the item reducing the resale presentation*
  • We won’t accept responsibility for any costs exceeding the cost of the part so please inspect the part before you start the repair.
  • Getting the correct item first time is important to us, so if you are unsure please phone or email to get a parts interpreter to check for you. This could save you time and money.
  • Any cancelled orders will incur a 20% handling surcharge.
  • Refunds that do meet our Terms & Conditions are refundable, less handling, when items are returned within 7 days of invoice date, less a 20% handling surcharge and freight charges.
  • Items over 7 days from date of invoice are not refundable
